- Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Tax Rate would be GST (CGST 9% and SGST 9%).
- Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount).
- In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as extra person (with mattress).
- Name change shall be treated as cancellation and cancellation policy shall be applied.
Package Inclusions
- To and fro transfers between Bhuj (Airport/Railway Station and The Tent City, Dhordo, in A.C. Coaches on SIC basis).
- 3 Nights/4 Days Package includes Lunch, Hi-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 2nd & 3rd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 4th Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 4th Day.
- 2 Nights/3 Days Package includes Lunch, Hi-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 2nd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd Day.
- 1 Night/2 Days package includes Lunch, Hi-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day and Morning Tea and Breakfast on 2nd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 2nd Day.
- Visit to White Rann on Day 1, visit to Mandvi on Day 2 and visit to Kala Dungar on Day 3 in 3 Nights/4 Days package whereas visit to White Rann on Day 1 and visit to Kala Dungar on Day 2 in 2 Nights/3 Days package are fixed & cannot be inter- changed. Guest/s who have missed the visit as per itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.
- Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.
- Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent will be provided. More requirements are available at a reasonable cost.
Package Exclusions
- Above rates are not valid during festive period (Diwali / Christmas / New year)
- 05% GST extra
- In case of change in tax structure new policy will be applicable.
- Any fight tickets /Train fare
- Coolie/Porter charges, Camera charges, Donations at temples.
- Extended stay or travelling due to any reason.
- Optional tours and extra meals other than those specified in Tour Cost Includes’
- Expenses of personal nature like tips, laundry, telephone, beverages etc
- Anything not specified in ‘Tour cost includes’
- Guide & Entrance fees during sightseeing.

Cancellation Policy
- 25% retention charges, cancelled more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- 50% retention charges, cancelled more than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 45 days).
- 100% retention charges, cancelled less than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- Change in guest/guests names would be treated as Cancellation.

- 100 % advance shall have to be paid to INLAND TOURWAYS before departure out of which 50% has to be paid at the time of booking tour.
- As per the Government directive, foreigners are requested to produce their passport as photo identity proof and Indians can produce any govt. approved photo identity such as Driving License/Pan Card/Voter ID card/Passport at the point of check-in at the hotel.
- Tourist himself is responsible for carrying, shifting and taking care of their own luggage
- All Prices are in Indian Rupees and valid for Indian National.
- In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotels, similar kind/quality of hotels will be provided, which can change the above package cost.
