Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through Inland Tourways for tours, packages, transportation, accommodation, and other travel services in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Goa, and Ladakh.
This policy is applicable strictly to registered travel agents, tour operators, and B2B partners, not individual travelers.
2. Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation from Inland Tourways and receipt of the required deposit.
- The deposit amount and payment schedule will be mentioned in the booking confirmation.
- The booking is binding once confirmed, and any cancellations will be subject to charges as per this policy.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges are calculated based on the number of days before the service start date and the type of service booked. Unless otherwise specified, the standard charges are:

| 15 – 29 days before arrival | 25% of total booking |
| 7 – 14 days before arrival | 50% of total booking |
| Less than 7 days before arrival | 100% of total booking (non-refundable) |
Note: Certain hotels, transport providers, or activities (especially during peak season, festival periods, or in Ladakh) may have special cancellation terms which will override the standard policy.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
- Refunds will be made only to the B2B partner (travel agent) who made the booking.
- Processing time: Refunds may take up to 15–30 business days depending on bank procedures.
- No refunds will be given for:
- No-shows
- Services missed due to delayed or incorrect traveler information
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, political disturbances, road closures, government restrictions)
5. Amendments and Changes
- Any amendment requests (e.g., change of date, service type, or number of travelers) must be submitted in writing.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Last-minute changes may not be possible, especially for high-demand services or peak season bookings.
6. Force Majeure
Inland Tourways will not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather or natural disasters
- Government restrictions or permits
- Road closures, strikes, or civil disturbances
- Transportation delays or failures
In such cases, Inland Tourways will attempt alternative arrangements if feasible, but additional costs may apply.
7. Special Conditions for Ladakh
- Certain areas require Inner Line Permits (ILPs) or other government approvals.
- If a booking cannot be serviced due to permit restrictions, cancellations will be handled according to permit-related terms.
- Weather-related cancellations in high-altitude regions are non-refundable if unavoidable for safety reasons.
