1. Who can book services with Inland Tourways?

    Inland Tourways operates strictly on a B2B model. Our services are available only to:
  • Registered travel agents
  • Tour operators
  • Travel companies and authorized partners

2. How do I confirm a booking?

All bookings must be submitted via email, our online B2B portal, or through an authorized company representative. A booking is confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from Inland Tourways and payment as per the invoice.

3. What is the payment process?

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be made before service commencement or guest arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved payment methods.
  • Any bank charges or currency conversion fees are borne by the partner agent.

4. Can bookings be amended after confirmation?

  • Amendments are possible subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
  • Changes may incur additional charges.
  • Last-minute changes may not always be possible, especially for peak season bookings.

    5. What are your cancellation and refund policies?

    • Cancellation charges vary depending on the number of days before arrival.
    • Refunds (if eligible) are processed after deducting applicable charges.

    • Certain services (peak season, festivals, Ladakh permits) may have special terms.

      6. Are your rates confidential?

      • Yes, all rates provided by Inland Tourways are net B2B rates and strictly confidential. They are not to be shared with third parties or end customers.
      • In case of natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, road closures, strikes, or political disturbances, Inland Tourways is not liable for cancellations or delays. We will attempt alternative arrangements where possible, but additional costs may apply.
