Arrival Leh, Our driver and tour representative will meet, greet, assist and transfer you to Hotel in Leh. Rest of the day free to acclimatize to the high altitude of Ladakh. In the evening take a walk to the local bazaar in Leh. Overnight at Hotel in Leh.
Today morning after breakfast, you’ll start driving to the Sham valley. Enroute enjoy the sightseeing to the Magnetic Hill or the gravity hill – a natural wonder of the region, and the Military Hall of Fame – a museum and memorial, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Early morning enjoy breakfast at hotel later proceed to Nubra Valley via the World Highest Motorable road (5602 Mts) Khardungla pass. Arrive Nubra and proceed for a visit to the White Sand Dunes at Hunder. You can enjoy the camel ride (by Own). Later if time permits visit Hunder and Diskit monasteries and check in at Deluxe Camp. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the camp.
After Breakfast take an excursion to Turtuk. Turtuk is a village in the Leh district of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is located in the Nubra tehsil, 205 km from the Leh town, on the banks of the Shyok River. Turtuk gram panchayat is the northernmost village of India. Turtuk was under Pakistan’s control until 1971, after which India gained control of this strategic area. It is predominantly a Muslim village, and residents speak languages including Balti, Ladakhi and Urdu. Turtuk is the last outpost in India after which the Pakistan-controlled Gilgit-Baltistan begins. Turtuk is one of the gateways to the Siachen Glacier. Later return back to Nubra. Overnight stay at Camp.
Post breakfast, you will leave Nubra Valley and go to Pangong Tso Lake via Shayok. After sightseeing around the beautiful Pangong Tso Lake, you can either check-in at the fixed tent camp near the lake at Spangmik or drive back for to Tangtse, which is 30 km away, and check into the hotel/Camp for an overnight stay. Overnight stay at the Camp.
After breakfast, you will leave Pangong/Tangtse and get back on the Leh route across Chang La. Upon reaching Karu, you will drive across the Indus valley and visit the famous Hemis Monastery, the biggest monastery in Ladakh. Continue, drive to Leh, enroute visiting the picturesque Hemis and Thiksey monasteries & 3 Idiots School. Overnight stay at a hotel.
Leave on time for Leh airport to board your flight to return back to Home town.
